Non-Discrimination Policy

Policy Statement

At New World of Discovery Childcare (NWODC), we believe every child is a unique individual with different strengths, abilities, and needs.

All children deserve to feel welcomed, respected, and valued within their learning environment.

Our childcare is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where every child has the opportunity to learn, grow, and develop a sense of belonging.

We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, religion, age, or family background.

Family Collaboration

We encourage families to share information about their child’s strengths, learning styles, or any additional support their child may need.  Providing this information helps us create the best possible environment for your child’s safety, happiness, and healthy development.

When appropriate, we will work together with families to explore reasonable accommodations that support a child’s participation in our programs.
