New World of Discovery Childcare is committed to maintaining a safe, healthy, and supportive environment for all children in our care. The health and safety of children, families, and staff is our highest priority.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Illness Policy<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Children who are sick should remain at home to prevent the spread of illness.
If a child becomes ill during the day, parents or guardians will be contacted and asked to pick up the child as soon as possible.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Immunizations<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

All children enrolled at New World of Discovery Childcare must meet the immunization requirements established by the State of California.
A copy of each child\u2019s immunization record must be provided before the child may attend the childcare.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Medication<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Medication will only be administered with written authorization from a parent or guardian and in accordance with state childcare licensing regulations.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Emergency Procedures<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

In the event of an emergency, trained staff will follow established emergency procedures and contact parents or guardians immediately. Emergency contact information must be kept current at all times.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Sanitation and Cleanliness<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Our facility follows strict sanitation and cleaning procedures to maintain a healthy environment. Toys, learning materials, and frequently touched surfaces are cleaned and disinfected regularly.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Supervision and Safety<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Children are supervised at all times by qualified staff. Our team is trained in child safety practices and emergency response procedures.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Authorized Pick-Up<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Children will only be released to parents, guardians, or individuals authorized in writing by the child\u2019s parent or guardian. Identification may be required for child pick-up.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
