What do you need to enroll your child at New World of Discovery?
Schedule a Tour
Call New World of Discovery or schedule a tour online to visit our Childcare and learn more about our programs.
Download and Complete Enrollment Forms
Download the required enrollment forms from our website. Please print and complete all forms using a pen before your scheduled tour. *All forms must be fully completed and signed.
Attend Your Tour
Visit New World of Discovery on the scheduled tour date and bring the completed enrollment forms with you. During the visit, you will have the opportunity to see our facility, meet our staff, and ask any questions.
Provide Immunization Records
Before your child can attend the NWODC, we must receive a copy of your child’s current immunization record as required by California childcare licensing regulations.
Sign the NWODC Enrollment Agreement
To finalize enrollment, parents must review and sign the New World of Discovery enrollment contract and policies. Once the enrollment documents are completed and approved, we will confirm your child’s start date.
